Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

LucePrime Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior hand washing and waxing
  • Interior deep cleaning and sanitization
  • Paint correction and polishing
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Paint protection services
  • Additional detailing services as listed on our website

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • All services require advance scheduling through our online booking system or phone.
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 30% of the service price.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time services are completed.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All applicable taxes will be added to the final bill.
  • Special pricing and packages cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled location.
  • Ensure adequate space for our mobile detailing equipment.
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
  • Inform us of any existing damage or concerns before service.
  • Provide access to water and electrical outlets if required (will be specified during booking).

5. Service Guarantee & Liability

  • We guarantee our workmanship and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
  • LucePrime Detailing is fully insured for your protection.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or wear.
  • Some stains, odors, or damage may not be completely removable.
  • We are not liable for items left in the vehicle during service.

6. Weather Policy

  • Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
  • Light rain or overcast conditions may not affect services if adequate coverage is available.
  • Customer will be notified as soon as possible if weather requires rescheduling.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is kept confidential and secure.
  • We do not share customer data with third parties.
  • Before/after photos may be taken for quality control.
  • Photos may be used for marketing with customer permission only.

8. Changes to Terms

LucePrime Detailing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this website with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
